Antique Brass Bed
An old brass bed from Nebo in

It was dismantled and put into storage in 1980, where it stayed until recently.
On recovering it, regrettably, several parts are missing.

I found this bed in at Nebo, North Queensland in 1975, in the derelict house of my great grandfather Jack Davis.
It is a four poster, with the two rear legs supporting a valence for a mosquito net.
The valance was missing, as was the headboard.

It features five beautiful rose porcelain pieces set in a bow-fronted brass arrangement
